Hubs

Scorpion Stinger H series hubs are carefully designed with commonsense feature and serviceable at any LBS
without requiring any special tools or proprietary parts.

Technology research and development are necessary to achieve this goal. From the hub model design, machining, inspecting, testing and quality control, we are committed to product performances and providing solutions to our clients and users with durable, light and easy-to-maintenance hubs.
Choose from J-Bend for simplicity or Straight pull for stiffness and durability
Our hubs have higher tolerances than DT Swiss. They are lighter than 350

Road CL disc hub (260g set)
100x12mm / 142x12mm
Straight pull spokes
The PG System (Planet Gear system) we developed is with 36 or 54 teeth, which provides fast engagement and equally-distributed loads when driven. This cannot happen without high-precision machining. The 36T is a balance between response angle, weight and durability, while 45T is provided for riders who prefer a faster response angle, like in forest trails and mountainous terrains. This structure also passed our high standard quality control. The tolerance of the gears is less than 0.002mm with very high precision. More than that, PG System hubs passed fatigue tests, 100,000 times rotation with no worn wear.
Ceramic Bearings optional

MSRP $329.00

End Caps
To make the maintenance simple, we designed our end caps as easy to remove and install as possible. Our end-users can simply pop them in or out without any tool assistance.
Double-layered (labyrinth) end caps are meant to prevent grime and water.

Stiff and Precise Axles
When it comes to producing a good hub, the axle can be easily ignored. However, as the axle is contacted to the bearing and the wheel, we put effort into axle production like no other. Each axle is hard anodized to add stiffness. After anodizing, they are also manually inspected and ground. Thanks to our attention to detail and quality requirements the tolerance of the axle is within 0.003mm.
