Every Scorpion wheelset is built by hand, one at a time — using premium rims, hubs, and spokes selected for your riding style, terrain, and performance goals.
No mass production. No guesswork. Just wheels built the right way.
We use advanced manufacturing processes, AFW (auto filament wound), and top-grade carbon fiber from Toray/Mitsubishi fibers T700, T800, T1000
We also introduced in 2023 Paint-less rim technology, providing a cleaner rim right out of the mold, resulting in reduced weight and scratch-resistant
Our Scorpion hubs include a DT ratchet system and ceramic bearings.
World-famous Industry Nine and Bitex hubs are also available
To maintain wheel integrity and performance, we use spokes and nipples from SAPIM, ALPINA, and PILLAR
