Guerciotti Racing Bikes
Scorpion-Racing Team Bikes
From the top range model Eureka SHM50, used by Team CCC Sprandi in the Giro d’Italia 2015, Guerciotti presents another version of Eureka... the Eureka SX50. Unlike the model SHM50, it uses the standard brakeset system, not using the Integrated Brakeset System. It also utilizes the solution of Integrated Fork System, as used now in all the top range models of Guerciotti collection.
In the production of Eureka SX50 the same design of the model SHM50 is used in order to give continuity both at level of frameset and tech features. In fact, also the Eureka SX50 has the same performance features: comfort, good controllability and stability. The material is similar to the SHM50: 75% 24Tons Intermediate Modulus UTS50 Carbon Pre-Preg + 20% 30Tons High Modulus with High Strength IMS60 Carbon Pre-Preg + 5% High Impact/High fatigue Strength K3 Clothed Carbon Pre-Preg.
The application of high performance composite materials technology and special graphite fiber/epoxy are the same material system applied on the structures of aerospace. These materials and technologies permit an excellent power transfer and low fatigue, achieving and maximizing the riding durability and stability.
Frame weight: 1050Kg
Frame info: Shimano Di2 or Campagnolo EPS
Fork: Monocoque
BB Shell: Pressfit BB86
Aheadset: oversize 1-1/8 - 1-1/4
Seatpost: 27.2mm
MSRP $2295

Guerciotti DX50
Best for - Road Race Aero/TT
The Speed you need, Aero tubing/long top tube/low head tube, huge BB PF.
The Eureka DX50 is the newest in the 2017 range. The new Eureka family model features completely different features from previous models, starting with aero design. Like all high-end Guerciotti models, the IFS fork is foreseen. The Eureka DX50 model is made using the Full EPS (Expanded Polypropilene System) system that allows frame shaping on a rigid support and the correct arrangement of various carbon rolls, avoiding the formation of air bubbles or sandwiches. It goes without saying that there is no need for additional "protection" stratifications, and therefore, it is possible to produce products that are lighter without affecting the weight limits allowed on the frame itself. The chassis is therefore much safer, avoiding the risk of breakage due to impacts to a minimum. Every single frame at the end of the molding process is subjected to a twist test to detect any problems of incorrect machining. Thus, this system gives the chassis greater torque resistance.
Every single frame that is produced must be, and is, a secure frame. The carbon fiber used is Toray production. T-300 is used as a combined base with biaxial M40-JB600 and T-700, M40-JB6000 on top tube and down tube to provide torsional resistance and absorption of asphalt vibrations. The Eureka DX50 features a system designed by NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING called RC System Reinforced Core, where critical areas are subjected to higher stresses, creating reinforcements for greater security on the chassis. In fact, T-700 is used to give further resistance at junction points (notable points) and in the area of the movement box and saddle lock. In the fork area and derailleur attack, it is reinforced with T 800 / T1000GB handkerchiefs.
Frame weight: 1030g
Frame info: Shimano Di2 or Campagnolo EPS
Fork: Monocoque
BB Shell: Pressfit BB86
Aheadset: oversize 1-1/8 - 1-1/4
Seatpost: Aero Specific (not integrated)
MSRP $2595
