The PG System (Planet Gear system) we developed has 45 or 54 teeth, which provides fast engagement and equally distributed loads when driven. This cannot happen without high-precision machining.
The 36T is a balance between response angle, weight, and durability, while the 54T is provided for riders who prefer a faster response angle, like in forest trails and mountainous terrains. This structure also passed our high standard quality control.
The tolerance of the gears is less than 0.002mm with very high precision. More than that, PG System hubs passed fatigue tests, 100,000 times rotation with no wear.
